turbo® III Precleaner
Carrying on the tradition of turbo II, we’ve designed the turbo III to take advantage of high strength, glass-reinforced polymer for its construction. 
Maintaining the turbo legacy of high efficiency and low restriction, we can now deliver a product which is lighter and easy to install, giving the same superior protection against damaging micro abrasive dust for your machinery.
From its high quality rotor and bearing design which provides smooth, trouble free service to its unique housing design, turbo III can really deliver when you need the very best. All in an economical package as well!
turbo® III Precleaner is the latest generation precleaner made out of 33% glass-reinforced polymer (nylon 6), and is designed with the same “TOP DOWN” airflow as the turbo® II. These new Precleaners offer the same benefits,but without the weight of the metal units.
The new patented “stacked vane” configuration has improved the precleaner efficiency by preventing the blow-through effect common in other polymer units. turbo® III is currently manufactured in four sizes and covers a CFM range from 15 to 1100 CFM.
Additionally turbo® III is also available as an “inline” model (Flex-N-Line) for mounting the Precleaner under the hood and allowing the engine to still draw in fresh, clean air in high dust environments.
